Don’t PANIC! Just follow these steps;
Sometimes items are damaged on their journey to you from our shop. If this is the case, don’t worry, just send a digital picture to [email protected] stating your Name, Item and Address and we will send you a replacement. In the unlikely event that we have no replacements, then we will refund you.
From time to time, our busy packing department get’s things wrong and sends out the wrong item! We would like to apologise now! Don’t worry though, please email us at [email protected] with your Name and Item and tell us what went wrong! You will be asked to send the item back and then a replacement will be sent to you straight away. For UK customers, a return label will be generated by us and all you got to do is stick the label on the item with this note and then pop the item into the mail sack at the post office! For non-UK customers, a full postage refund will be given – please provide proof of the cost of return.
Don’t worry! Just back your item in original condition within 30 days and we will refund you straight away!
If in any case a product arrives broken or faulty, the Buyer must take a digital picture and send to us at [email protected] with a clear explanation of the breakage. Upon receipt of the photo, a breakage claim will be processed which may result in a full or partial refund or a replacement being sent to the Buyer. In most cases, a claim may be made to Royal Mail and we must ask the Buyer to keep the broken package which may be asked for by Royal Mail.
Buyers in the UK should report a lost item after 5 days of dispatch and before 30 days. Overseas buyers may report a lost item after 7days and before 45 days. In most cases, lost items are usually found at the Buyers local Post Office or with the buyer?s neighbours as many of our packages are too big for most post boxes and postal officials have missed the receiver.
PLEASE DO NOT REPORT A LOST ITEM UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND NEIGHBOURS.

Yes, this will be changed for you automatically dependant on your billing address. We use Royal Mail to deliver to customers all around the world unless your order is over 2KG where we will use another courier service.
Dependant if we have the item in stock in our dispatch centre, Royal Mail 24 should take 1-2 working days after dispatch and Royal Mail 48 can take up to 2-3 working days. If an item is not available at our dispatch centre, you will be informed and it usually takes us 1-2 working days to pick up the item from our warehouses. If you require a more definitive answer to your delivery time question it is best you call us on +(44) 0207 437 5188 and ask for either Alan or Nick.
